Strawberry & White Chocolate Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 30g oats

  • 15g vanilla protein powder

  • 150g + 15g (1 tbsp) Arla Skyr strawberry yoghurt

  • 1 tsp granulated sweetener (optional)

  • 25ml almond milk

  • 80g strawberries, diced

  • 2 squares white chocolate

  • 2g coconut oil

  • ½ digestive biscuit, crumbled


Method:

  1. Make the base:
    In a bowl, stir together the oats, protein powder, 150g strawberry yoghurt, almond milk, and sweetener if using. Mix until well combined.

  2. Layer the oats:
    Dice a few strawberries and begin layering: start with a spoonful of the oat mixture, then a layer of strawberries, and repeat. Add a final layer of the oat mixture, then top with the remaining 15g of strawberry yoghurt.

  3. Add the chocolate topping:
    Melt the white chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave (about 20–30 seconds, stirring halfway). Pour the melted chocolate over the oats and gently swirl to coat the surface.

  4. Chill:
    Cover the oats and refrigerate overnight to set.

  5. Finish and serve:
    In the morning, top with more fresh diced strawberries and the crumbled digestive biscuit. Enjoy!
