Spicy Prawn & Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

  • 200g cooked prawns

  • 1/4 ripe avocado, diced

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

  • Mixed salad leaves

Method:

  1. Toss prawns in lime juice, olive oil, and chilli flakes.

  2. Combine with avocado and salad leaves.

  3. Season with salt, pepper, and an extra drizzle of olive oil before serving.
