123 Diet Plan
Ingredients:
400g sirloin or rump steak, cut into cubes
2 tbsp low fat butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
150g spinach
60ml low fat cream
30g grated parmesan
Salt & pepper
Method:
Heat a frying pan over high heat and sear steak bites in butter until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic and spinach; cook until wilted.
Stir in cream and parmesan, simmering until thickened.
Return steak to the pan, toss in the sauce, and serve.
