Coconut Almond Fat Bombs

Ingredients:

  • 50g desiccated coconut

  • 40g almond butter

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

  • 1 tbsp sweetener

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined.

  2. Roll into small balls and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.

  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
