Ingredients:
50g desiccated coconut
40g almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tbsp sweetener
½ tsp vanilla extract
Method:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined.
Roll into small balls and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
