Fast Loss Plan
Ingredients:
150g Greek yogurt (0% fat)
1 scoop TerriAnn chocolate shake
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1–2 tsp granulated sweetener
Splash of unsweetened almond milk
Method:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
Add almond milk gradually to reach mousse-like consistency.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
(Optional: top with a few raspberries or shaved dark chocolate.)
