Chocolate Protein Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 150g Greek yogurt (0% fat)

  • 1 scoop TerriAnn chocolate shake

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1–2 tsp granulated sweetener

  • Splash of unsweetened almond milk

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add almond milk gradually to reach mousse-like consistency.

  3. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
    (Optional: top with a few raspberries or shaved dark chocolate.)
