123 Diet Plan
Ingredients:
500g lean minced beef or lamb
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
200g cauliflower florets
30g low fat butter
50g grated cheddar
Method:
Brown the mince with onion and tomato paste; season with salt and pepper.
Steam cauliflower until tender, then blend with butter and cheese until smooth.
Spoon the mince into a baking dish, top with cauliflower mash, and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until golden.
